Reservation and Payment Policy for Special Tours
Upon receiving a reservation via email or WhatsApp with the participants’ details, NIKOS II Adventure will issue a payment link through which the client can access and pay for the contracted service.
Date changes for the reserved service are allowed, but the company reserves the right to approve them depending on service availability, up to 6 days before the scheduled departure.
If the date change is not possible, the client may proceed with a cancellation according to the terms outlined in the Special Tours Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy for Tours or Transportation
In the event of cancellation or modification of reservations, a penalty fee will be applied according to the following timeframes:
Individuals
- 0 to 5 days before departure: 100% penalty
- More than 6 days before departure: 30% penalty
Groups (7 or more passengers)
- 0 to 14 days before departure: 100% penalty
- More than 15 days before departure: 30% penalty
Special Tours Cancellation Policy
Applies to excursions such as:
- Safari Torres del Paine
- Full Day + Grey Navigation
- Other special tours offered by NIKOS II Adventure
The following penalties apply in the event of cancellation or reservation changes:
Individuals
- 0 to 5 days before departure: 100% penalty
- More than 6 days before departure: 30% penalty
Groups (7 or more passengers)
- 0 to 14 days before departure: 100% penalty
- More than 15 days before departure: 30% penalty
If the Grey Navigation is suspended due to weather conditions or insufficient passenger numbers, only the cost of the navigation will be refunded to the passenger.
Transportation services or the Full Day component will not be refunded
